Kiran’s practice focuses on Family Law, Child Protection matters, Real Estate Law and Estate Planning. Before commencing her practice in British Columbia, Kiran has practiced in India for many years. Her primary practice area has been Family Law. Kiran is also an accredited Family Law Mediator. She highly advocates collaborative settlement approach for the resolution of family law cases, but also understands that some family law matters cannot be resolved without litigating in the court systems. Kiran has successfully represented her clients in the Provincial and the Supreme Courts of British Columbia. She has successfully handled complex cases regarding property division, parenting issues and support issues. Kiran also prepares Cohabitation Agreements, Pre-nuptial Agreements, Marriage Agreements, and Separation Agreements, according to the needs of her clients. Apart from Family Law, Kiran practices Residential Conveyancing and Estate Planning as well. She also prepares Wills, Power of Attorneys and Representation Agreements. Kiran is multilingual and is fluent in Punjabi, Hindi and English. When not in office, Kiran likes to spend most of her time with her husband and three children.

Naunihal commends himself for carrying deep-rooted ties in the Canadian culture. Naunihal is an avid hiker, he loves to spend time with his family and is very career and family oriented. Naunihal is currently finishing a degree in Bachelor of Criminology with a minor in Philosophy. Naunihal is in course to complete law school and become a practising member of the British Columbia Bar. Naunihal is the eldest brother of three siblings, he knows what it’s like to carry responsibilities.

Philip completed his JD at Drake Law School in Des Moines in 2020 and received his NCA certification in 2021. While at Drake Law, he was a student attorney for the Children's Rights Centre at the Drake Legal Clinic. This afforded him the opportunity to work on different types of family law cases with clients from a wide range of backgrounds. He has also participated in mediation competitions sponsored by the International Academy of Alternative Dispute Resolution. In his spare time, Philip enjoys reading about history, blockchain technology, and meditating. In addition to English, Philip is also fluent in Polish.

Navneet started at Lawhub as a legal assistant in March 2022, after working at the firm as a practicum student. Her insight and passion for the law make her an invaluable part of the team. Navneet graduated with a certificate of specialization in Criminology and Legal Office Administration from Douglas College in 2022. She is passionate about working in law while expanding her knowledge further in the different fields of law. She enjoys assisting our clients and providing excellent service with the years of customer service she’s acquired and takes the time to ensure that everyone that comes into our office has their concerns met. She takes pride in helping get the best results for our clients. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring different cuisines, and photography.

Varun Kunwar Singh aka VK brings aboard 6+ years of experience as an advocate and litigator from India. He moved to Vancouver, Canada in the last quarter of 2019. After obtaining NCA certification in 2021, he worked as a legal and compliance officer for a Vancouver-based Corporation and catered for mergers, acquisitions, adherence to international trade policies, and business negotiation and provided them with regulatory information. He joined LAWHUB as a Legal Administrative Assistant in the month of March 2023 to kickstart his formal training and hands-on experience in the Canadian Legal system. With LAWHUB, he worked on Family and Civil files such as Child Support, Parental Arrangements, Spousal Support, Separation Agreements, Family Violence, Protection Matters, Divorce, and Property Division Matters before the Provincial and Supreme Court of British Columbia. He gained 7 months of exclusive legal experience before commencing his articles. During his present term as an articled student, he has appeared before the Provincial Courts to attend hearings and Family Management Conferences where he advocated for his client's needs. VK catches up on constantly changing trends regarding Canadian Immigration Laws and Policies. He has filing experience with immigration matters for Express-Entry, Visitor-Visa (including Super-Visa), Study Permits, and different kinds of Work permits (LMIA and LMIA Exempt). He brings aboard a sophisticated skillset gained over the years of experience in the legal field fighting for the rights of his clients and pleading matters before the courts in India. Apart from Matrimonial Disputes covering Divorce, Domestic Violence, Maintenance, and Support Claim matters, he was also a defense attorney representing criminal matters adjudicated by the trial and the appellate courts. He has a calm demeanor but is zealous and proactive when it comes to securing his client’s best interests. During his time off, he prefers to take a stroll on the beach or a walk in the woods. The best places to find him on holidays are Kitsilano Beach, Coal Harbour (Downtown), or the Deep Cove in North Van. His mantra for a healthy mind, body, and spirit is “pray and exercise daily”. His choicest place to hang out with friends is Malone’s at West Pender, Vancouver.

Raman completed her B.A. LLB. (Hons.) and LLM from India. Raman joined the LAWHUB team as a paralegal in January 2024. During her college years, she participated in various moot court competitions and interned under the National Human Rights Commission, New Delhi, under the Supreme Court of India Counsel, and the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission. To enhance her knowledge in the field of law, she graduated with a certificate of Diploma in Business Law from Douglas College, New Westminster. She is currently studying for the NCA exams to further solidify her expertise in the legal field in Canada. In her free time, she loves to explore new places and cultures. She is fluent in Hindi, English and Punjabi.

In this capacity, he demonstrated deep commitment to the academic success of his peers, offering guidance on effective study strategies and providing valuable insights into navigating the challenging law program. His passion for fostering a supportive academic environment made him an integral part of the student community. Pedrum’s involvement extended beyond academics as he actively participated in moots at the University of Kent. Engaging in these moots, he honed his skills in legal argumentation and gained invaluable experience in applying theoretical knowledge to real-life courtroom scenarios. This hands-on experience set him apart and equipped him with a practical understanding of the legal profession. I originally hail from India and earned my law degree (B.A.L.L.B) from Punjabi University, Patiala. Later, I graduated from the Justice Institute of British Columbia with a Post Baccalaureate degree in Law Enforcement. Currently, I am exploring the intricacies of Canadian law at this esteemed firm. My guiding passion is learning about and applying the nuances of Canadian law. I also have a soft spot for engaging conversations, especially with the older generation. I am excited to contribute my skills to diverse fields of law. A variety of life experiences informs my approach to family law, allowing me to engage with clients more deeply, bringing a heightened level of interest and understanding to each case.
