Praise was a senior partner at a leading law firm. She practiced both inside and outside of Canada, where she practiced family law, criminal law, elderly law, business law, environmental law, Immigration Law, civil litigation, and oil and gas law.
Praise has advanced degrees in law, having earned a master of law (LL.M) from the University of Calgary in 2016 and has been practicing law since 2004 outside of Canada and inside. In addition to her law practice, Praise wears multiple hats. Praise is always happy to provide support and mentorship to children, youths, adults, and seniors. Praise currently sits as the board chair and board member of several non-profit organisations both in Canada and international; Praise is always open to the opportunity to serve, mentor, and impact individuals positively.
Praise is passionate, experienced and trained in equity, diversity, inclusion, corporate governance, public speaking, entrepreneurship, management consulting, career advancement/development, and especially giving back to the community through corporate social responsibility initiatives, as an experienced counsel, Praise equally mentors other counsel informally and formally through the different mentorship programs.
Praise also volunteers her time to facilitate access to justice for women, children, and new immigrants and advocate for human rights. Praise enjoys spending time with her family and friends, praying, shopping, traveling, and volunteering in churches, communities, associations, and cooking.
