Nitin Sikri
Nitin Sikri is an internationally trained lawyer who completed his Master of Laws (LL.M.) in India. After moving to Canada, he completed the National Committee on Accreditation (NCA) process and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2026.
Before his call to the Bar, Nitin completed his articles at a boutique law firm in Vancouver. During his articles, he gained experience in family law, civil litigation, and contract matters.
Nitin practises primarily in family law and also handles civil and real estate matters. He has appeared before both the Provincial Court of British Columbia and the Supreme Court of British Columbia and has represented clients in mediation. His family law practice includes separation and divorce, parenting arrangements, child and spousal support, property division, and family violence matters.
Nitin understands that legal disputes can be stressful and difficult for clients. He provides practical advice, clear communication, and focused representation to help clients make informed decisions and move their matters forward.
Outside of work, Nitin enjoys travelling, exploring new places, and spending time with his family.
